How is product quality verified?+
Browse available analytical reports in our COA library and use the laboratory verification portal to check report details. Reports describe the samples tested. You can independently test the product you receive. If it fails to meet the specifications agreed in your order, we will issue a full refund and reimburse the testing fee.
Do you ship worldwide?+
Yes. Orders are prepared at our China-based production and supply facility, and we arrange international delivery worldwide. Duty-paid, customs-cleared routes are available for North America, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. In a small number of destinations, the recipient may need to assist with customs clearance.
What happens if a shipment is detained by customs?+
If your shipment is detained by customs, we will send a replacement free of charge.
Why might your quote be higher?+
We understand that price matters. A matching product name and a 99% purity claim do not tell you how much peptide is actually in each vial. We ask you to compare the agreed amount per vial, purity, packing and delivery terms together. Our price includes our commitment to those specifications and our testing guarantee. You can independently test the product you receive. If it fails to meet your agreed order specifications, we provide a full refund and reimburse the testing fee. Send us the product and quantity you need, and we will explain the quotation clearly.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Our team will confirm your order total and provide the payment instructions with your quotation. All prices are in USD.
